Blueberry Muffins

My all time favourite!

Health Facts:

  • Blueberries keep the heart healthy, the bones strong, improve skin health, blood pressure, diabetes management, cancer prevention, and mental health.
  • One cup of blueberries is 24% of your daily allowance of vitamin C

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius

  2. Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl

  3. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl

  5. Stir until combined – but not too much, as you don’t want to over mix muffins they become rubbery

  6. Pour into 12 muffin cases

  7. Bake for 30-40mins until brown & centre springs back
