The Recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 x cup dates soaked in hot water 2 x free range eggs
- 4 x tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 2 x cups rolled oats
- 1 x cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 x cup cranberries
- 1/2 x cup chopped dark Whittaker Chocolate
Method
- Turn oven on to 180 degrees Celsius & line a slice tin
- Add dates, eggs & coconut oil to food processor & blend
- Add rest of ingredients & pulse few times, scraping down sides when needed
- Pour mixture into tin & flatten down with back of spoon
- Bake 20mins
- Leave cool slightly & cut into slices
