Raspberry Chocolate Chia Cups

Man alive I love this wee number. Having a healthy option for a treat at the end of the day is a must!

Makes 4-5 cups.

The chocolate layer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 3 Tbsp. white chia seeds 
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla 

Method

  1. Blend together in blender and half fill 4-5 small jars or glasses 
  2. Put in fridge to set

The raspberry layer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries 
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. white chia seeds 
  • 1 tsp. vanilla 

Method

  1. Blend together in blender and pour into glass bowl to set for few hours
  2. Take chocolate jars out of fridge and add the raspberry layer on top
  3. Eat and enjoy!
